Jhonville “Outplayed” Villar has won the Player of the Season award for the MLBB Development Philippines Season 1 after helping Echo Proud seize the inaugural title last Sunday.
Outplayed played an instrumental role for Echo in the inaugural MDL PH season, highlighted by an MVP performance in the semi-finals that helped Echo book their place in the title match.
He compiled a total of 12 match MVP awards throughout the season and finished with an average of 4.76 kills per game and a 6.84 KDA, leading all goldlaners in the league.
Outplayed also averaged a staggering 8.73 game score, which ranks as the best among all goldlaners, and boasted a 100% win rate on his Brody pick in six games played this season.
Winning has always been in Outplayed’s DNA; he debuted in the MPL Philippines back in Season 9 and finished as a runner-up with Smart Omega.
He once again finished second in Season 10, only this time with Echo before joining the team’s MDL squad.
