MPL PH: Bren scores another sweep, this time against RSG

Bren Esports continued with their rampage with a fourth straight sweep, this time against RSG Slate Philippines, 2-0, in Week 3 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 11 on Saturday.

The Southeast Asian Games-bound Bren has been on a tear since succumbing to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of M4 World Champions Echo during their season debut.

With the win, Bren (4-1) improved to 12pts to establish a slim lead for the top spot over Echo (4-0) who currently has 11pts.

In Game 1, David “FlapTzy” Canon (Gloo) dominated his match-up in the exp lane across Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo (Dyrroth) which helped Bren secure the early game objectives.

Rowgien Stimpson “Owgwen” Unigo (Ruby) then provided the set-up plays that help Bren secure a lopsided win, conceding only three deaths while tallying 14 total team kills.

Game 2 boiled down to a 14th-minute lord fight, where Kyle Angelo “KyleTzy” Sayson (Kaja) and Owgwen (Diggie) scored a double kill to force a 3-1 exchange that swept away RSG’s base turret defense in the ensuing play.

KyleTzy finished the game unscathed with a 0-0-9 KDA.
