Coming off a dismal shooting game, Jalen Green was a picture of efficiency for G League Ignite on Saturday (Manila time), lifting his side to a 109-103 win over Oklahoma City at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Florida.
Green, who shot just 4-of-10 from the field in their debut win versus Santa Cruz last Thursday, had 21 points – 11 in the third canto–- on 8-of-12 shooting.
Down 94-96 with 3:48 left in the contest, Ignite went on a 15-7 endgame surge to complete the comeback.
Jonathan Kuminga led the way for Ignite with 24 points on 7-of-15 shooting with five rebounds, four dimes, two steals, and a block.
Meanwhile, NBA vet Jarrett Jack added 16 points, nine rebounds, and three steals. Isaiah Todd also bounced back as well with 12 points and seven rebounds.
Chasson Randle paced the Blue with 22 points, nine rebounds, and three steals. Moses Brown added 20 points, eight rebounds, and four blocks for the 1-1 OKC.
Up next for Ignite are the 1-1 Raptors 905 on Sunday (Manila time).
