Fifi Sharma watches Akari-PLDT game sporting Chargers shirt

Is Fifi Sharma Akari-bound?

Well, it seems like it.

The 5-foot-11 middle blocker out of De La Salle University arrived at the Filoil Ecooil Centre in San Juan to watch the game between Akari and PLDT in the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference.

She was wearing an Akari shirt.

Word around the grapevine is that the 22-year-old is forgoing her remaining years in college to pursue a pro career.

Though only playing two years with the Lady Spikers, Sharma is already set to get her degree as she was a freshman back in 2019.

Sharma though won’t be able to play in the ongoing Invitational Conference as the deadline for lineups had already passed.

She can join the Chargers in the third conference of the league later this year.
