Febby named Team Captain of TNC Predator

TNC coach Kim “Febby” Yong-min will be completing the Predator’s roster for the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit season, the organization announced on Thursday.

Febby will be assuming captaincy from his former teammate Park “March” Tae-won, whom the squad released last September 26.

The 27-year-old Korean-Canadian Dota 2 veteran will be play the position five for TNC in this season.

He played as stand-in in the BTS Pro Series Season Four: Southeast Asia last December and helped TNC bag the title.

“Today we announce that we are releasing Kim Yong Min, better know as Febby, from coaching and welcoming him back officially as our new team captain,” read TNC’s statement.

“Now that our roster is complete, we are now officially taking our first step on our way back to TI! See you all in the upcoming games of the Dota Pro Circuit season.”

TNC signed Febby last January 2020 to coach the team in the DreamLeague Season 13 Major in Leizpig, Germany. There, the Predators ended up with a 7th-8th place finish.

Regarded as one of the most experienced players in the scene today, Febby has appeared in The International twice in his eight-year career with MVP Phoenix and 2015 and Fnatic in 2017.
