Falcons AP.Bren retains core for MPL PH 14

By: Jan Marcus Montevirgen

Falcons AP.Bren has retained its core for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines (MPL) Season 14.

Team captain Angelo “Pheww” Arcangel will enter his 10th season with the team – his 14th overall — and take charge for AP.Bren once again as they seek to reclaim the crown after falling short and losing to Liquid ECHO in the grand finals last season.

M5 World Championship Finals MVP David “FlapTzy” Canon, Rowgien “Owgen” Unigo, Stephen “Super Marco” Requitiano, and Kyle “KyleTzy” Sayson will compose the main five anew.

Meanwhile, Vincent “Pando” Unigo will serve as the team’s lone reserve.

Just like Pheww, Francis “Duckey” Glindro will embark on his ninth consecutive head coaching stint with the MPL PH Season 12 champions, together with Robert “Trebor” Sanchez, who will be in his second season with the team as the assistant coach and lead drafter.

The team is coming off a silver finish at the 2024 Mid-Season Cup in the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where they lost to the Selangor Red Giants in the grand finals in seven games.
