Blacklist to face Zico’s Burn X Flash, Dale’s Falcon early in M4


Blacklist International will take on a bunch of familiar faces in Pool A while ECHO will go through the gauntlet in Pool C of the upcoming M4 World Championship, Thursday.

The reigning MPL Philippines and world champion is pooled with Cambodia’s Burn X Flash, Myanmar’s Falcon Esports, and Turkey’s Incendio Supremacy.

Burn X Flash features Filipino head coach John “Zico” Dizon and gold laner Jhonwin “Hesa” Vergara while Falcon Esports will be led by former ECHO and Omega Esports tactician Steven “Dale” Vitug.

Meanwhile, the MPL Philippines silver medalist will take on RRQ Hoshi of Indonesia, RSG SG of Singapore, and Occupy Thrones of Egypt.

The defending MPL Indonesia champion is led by coach Angelo “Arcadia” Bocado.

Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol and coach Denver “Yeb” Miranda’s ONIC Esports is in Pool B alongside Malvinas Gaming (Argentina/Peru), MDH Esports (Vietnam), and Todak (Malaysia).

Lastly, composing Group D is Peter “Basic” Lozano’s The Valley (USA), S11 Gaming (Argentina), and Team Haq (Malaysia).

The world tilt is set to begin on January 1 in Bali, Indonesia.
