Avan Nava gets his shot as TNT relegates Simon Enciso to UFA list

Avan Nava finally gets his shot with TNT.

The Tropang 5G have activated the 6-foot-2 guard ahead of their Saturday clash against the San Miguel Beermen.

As a result, Simon Enciso has been placed on unrestricted free agency, with rights to receive salary list of TNT.

In TNT’s first two games of the conference, Enciso has yet to score, attempting just three shots while contributing a total of seven assists.

Now, Nava—the 12th overall pick in the 2024 PBA Draft—gets his opportunity.

After being released by Titan Ultra last year, the former Seoul Samsung import has been training with TNT.

He previously played only a handful of games for the now-defunct NorthPort franchise.
