ILAGAN, Isabela — Brooke Van Sickle will miss Nxled’s entire 2026 Premier Volleyball League on Tour Showdown campaign due to a minor right shoulder injury, Chameleons head coach Ettore Guidetti confirmed at the Capital Arena here.
The three-time PVL Most Valuable Player traveled with the team to Ilagan but will remain sidelined throughout the tournament as a precaution while continuing her recovery.
Guidetti also revealed that veteran setter Gel Cayuna has opted to withdraw from the Alas Pilipinas pool for the upcoming Asian Games to focus on developing chemistry with her new team.
Cayuna joined Nxled during the offseason after Cignal decided to take a leave of absence from the league.
