TNC Predator scored its first victory through a 2-0 sweep of Vice Esports in the Dota Pro Circuit 2021: S1-Southeast Asia Upper Division last Wednesday.
Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte’s Lycan spearheaded the lopsided victory, tallying a game-high 16 kills and 14 assists with zero deaths. The TNC carry also bagged a total net worth of 28,948 in the match that lasted for 36 minutes and 48 seconds.
TNC midlaner Armel “Armel” Tabios added 10 kills and 16 assists against two deaths with Void Spirit while Australian offlaner Damien “kpii” Chok chipped in five kills and a game-high 18 assists laced with four deaths in the opener.
Vice Esports midlaner Mark Anthony “Bob” Urbina was held to just five kills, six deaths, and seven assists playing Storm Spirit.
It was the same result for TNC come Game Two, with Gabbi once again leading a dominant performance from the Predators to seal theirs first victory of the season.
Gabbi’s Ursa put up 18 kills and eight assists against two deaths to lead the offensive strike from the Filipino powerhouse squad. Armel backstopped his carry with 11 kills, three deaths, and 15 assists using Queen of Pain.
Kpii’s offlane Lycan added six kills, two deaths, and 22 assists. Team captain and coach Kim “Febby” Yong-min (Disruptor) put up three kills, six deaths, and 22 assists while support Timothy ‘Tims” Randrup (Nyx Assassin) had three kills, four deaths, and 17 assists.
TNC completely shut down Bob, who had a rough outing with just four assists and six deaths in the 30:07-minute match.
TNC is now tied with Execration at the fourth spot with a 1-1 standing.
