Team Liquid Philippines wrapped up the first half of the regular season with a commanding 2-0 sweep over Smart Omega in MPL Philippines Season 14 on Sunday at the Green Sun Hotel in Makati.

In the absence of Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno, Justine “Zaida” Palma stepped up with an impressive season debut performance, leading the Cavalry to victory and boosting their position to fourth place in the standings with a 4-3 record. Meanwhile, Smart Omega now sits at the bottom of the standings in fifth place with the same record.

Looking ahead, Team Liquid Philippines will face Fnatic ONIC Philippines on September 13 at 7:30 p.m., while Smart Omega will aim to bounce back against Blacklist International earlier that day at 5:00 p.m. Both matches will be held at the same venue.
