On Friday night, the battle-tested Serbian team dismantled a stacked Canadian squad, 95-86, securing their spot in the gold medal match of the FIBA Basketball World Cup at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The Serbians are returning to the finale for the first time since the 2014 edition in Spain.
Serbia will compete against the winner of the Team USA-Germany clash in the gold medal match on Sunday, while Canada will face the loser earlier that day in the battle for the bronze medal.
