Pocari’s sweeter the second time around

After dropping their first game of the season, the Pocari Sweat Lady Warriors went on a rampage.

Led by tri-captains Michele Gumabao, Myla Pablo, and Melissa Gohing and reinforced by American imports Bre Mackie and Andrea Kacsits, the Lady Dubs went on a 10-game winning streak. Their season was highlighted by impressive sweeps of the UST Golden Tigresses in the semifinals and the Bureau of Customs Transformers.

An error by Rosemarie Vargas, a former member of Pocari Sweat, and a kill by Desiree Dadang punctuated a dominant year by the Lady Warriors.
