PayMaya backs Roger Gorayeb’s V-League squad

The return of the legendary PLDT Home Ultera Ultra Fast Hitters will have to wait.

PayMaya will be the backer of the team that Coach Roger Gorayeb will parade in the upcoming 2018 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference on May, the decorated mentor shared.

“It’s a corporate decision to change our team’s name,” Gorayeb shared. “But we will bring in the same team we announced last January.”

Leading the charge for PayMaya is the core that won the Open Conference for the Bali Pure Purest Water Defenders.

Grethcel Soltones, Alyssa Eroa, Jasmine Nabor, Aiko Urdas, Jorelle Singh, Jarilli Malabanan, Angelica Cayuna, and Lizlee Ann Pantone will return.

Risa Sato, however, will not be able to join them, as she will be part of the retooled Creamline Cool Smashers.

Gorayeb and his staff are still finalizing who their imports will be.

According to a source, they are looking to tap the services of Gyselle Silva. Silva is currently playing for PayMaya’s sister team SMART Prepaid Giga Hitters in the Philippine Superliga.
