Alvin Pasaol and Leonard Santillan have effectively made themselves available for the coming PBA Annual Draft after submitting their application on Friday.
Pasaol is a 6-foot-4 forward from the University of the East, who at one time scored 49 points in the UAAP back in 2017. He suited up for Petron-Letran and Marinerong Pilipino in the PBA D-League before joining Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3×3, where he earned a national ranking of no.2.
Santillan, meanwhile, is a hardworking forward from the University of Visayas and La Salle. He also played from Marinerong Pilipino in the PBA D-League and ranked sixth in the country in 3×3.
Also joining the March 14 draft are Franky Johnson and Troy Rike.
Johnson is a shifty 6-foot-2 slasher played for AMA, Marinerong Pilipino, and Gamboa Coffee Mix in the PBA D-League.
Meanwhile, Rike is a 6-foot-8 former Gilas cadet from Wake Forrest. He also had a short stint with National University before joining Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3×3.
Also submitting their forms were Anton Asistio, Joshua Torralba, Nick Demusis, Tyrus Hill, Jed Mendoza, and Carl Ravanes.
So far, 27 aspirants have signified their intention for this year’s talent-rich Draft.
The PBA Commissioner’s Office has set a January 27 deadline for the submission of application and requirements for both Fil-foreign and local players.
