ONIC PH lets go of Micophobia

ONIC PH parted ways with another key piece from its bench in Mico “Micophobia” Quitlong, Friday afternoon.

The 24-year-old roamer joined the organization back in Season Eight when ONIC PH finished second to Blacklist International. There, he played a key role in head coach Denver “Yeb” Miranda’s system which maximized all eight players from the roster.

Micophobia, though, was not part of the six-man team that ONIC PH sent to the M3 World Championships.

In Season Nine, the former WoRk standout rode the bench and played for only a couple of games.

Micophobia is the second player to be released by ONIC PH after Ian “Beemo” Sergio. Also out of the squad is coach Yeb.

Still with the squad are Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol, Allen “Baloyskie” Baloy, Gerald “Dlarskie” Trinchera, Jaylord “Hatred” Gonzales, Marky “Markyyyyy” Capacio, and Nowee “Ryota” Macasa.
