MPL PH: Echo remains undefeated, sweeps NXPE

Echo kept its win streak going with a 2-0 sweep of Nexplay Evos in Week 3 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 11 on Sunday.

The Orcas improved to 5-0 with 14pts to continue to lord over the season standings.

In Game 1, Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya’s (Yuzhong) went on a rampage in the early game, taking a 6-0-1 KDA by the 7th minute including a 1-on-1 outplay on Jan Domenic “DomengDR“ Del Mundo (Beatrix) during an off cam showdown.

Not even an NXPE 2-0 pick-off in the 14th minute could stop the bleeding as Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales (Claude) scored a double kill of his own during the ensuing defense in the midlane outer turret to take the opener, 1-0.

Bennyqt (Harith) delivered an MVP performance in Game 2, highlighted by a triple kill during the 13th-minute lord fight to help Echo force a 5-1 wipeout and complete the sweep.
