For the second straight stop, Team USA once again delivered a dominant performance to rule the competition.
The Americans capped their strong campaign in the 2026 FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series Manila Stop with a thrilling 17-15 overtime victory over Lithuania, clinching their second title of the tour on Friday evening at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.
In overtime, Joyce Edwards gave Team USA the lead after finishing off a pick-and-roll play. A missed attempt from deep by Kamile Nacickaite-van der Horst opened the door for Mikaylah Williams, who sealed the championship with the winning basket.
Williams and Edwards led Team USA with six points each, with Williams also hauling down five rebounds.
The American squad also composed of Milaysia Fulwiley and Sahara Williams.
Nacickaite-van der Horst paced Lithuania with eight points, including three deuces in the final.
Team USA had to go through the qualifying draw to reach the main draw, dominating Warsaw, 21-5, before eliminating host Manila Gilas, 21-12.
In pool play, the Americans cruised past Germany, 21-12, and Gilas Women, 21-10.
No Asian team reached the Final Four, with USA also overpowering the Ulaanbaatar Amazons, 22-7.
In other results, Germany defeated China’s Beijing side, 18-13, while Lithuania eliminated China, 20-14. Azerbaijan’s Neftchi SOCAR also advanced after a 21-11 win over Mongolia.
In the semifinals, Lithuania beat Germany, 21-12, while Team USA edged Neftchi, 21-16, to set up the finale.
Williams was named MVP after posting a total player value of 52.4.
