Marc Pingris has come forth to address swirling rumors linking him romantically with actress Kim Rodriguez.
Taking to social media, the 42-year-old athlete unequivocally debunked the speculations, asserting that there is no truth to the circulating reports.
“Walang katotohanan ang mga lumalabas na balita tungkol sa amin ni Ms. Kim Rodriguez,” Pingris affirmed in his online statement.
“Walang namamagitan sa aming dalawa gaya ng sinasabi ng ibang tao.”
Pingris shed light on his association with Rodriguez, clarifying that their interactions were solely professional.

He explained that Rodriguez had been invited as a muse for a basketball event, where they crossed paths.
The spark of the rumor ignited when netizens caught glimpses of both Pingris and Rodriguez sharing moments together in Sydney, Australia, through their respective social media posts on March 27.
However, Pingris swiftly clarified that their rendezvous Down Under was purely related to an exhibition event organized for Overseas Filipino Workers.
Setting the record straight, Pingris affirmed his unwavering commitment to his wife, Danica Sotto, whom he has been married to since 2007.
Emphasizing the importance of family, Pingris assured that he and Danica, along with their children, remain intact amidst the baseless rumors.
“Ok kami ng pamilya ko. Wag na po tayo magpakalat ng mga balita na hindi totoo,” Pingris emphasized.
“Humihingi po kami ng respeto at para hindi madamay ang mga anak namin ni Danica.”
