Ethan Alvano continued his fine start in the 2022-23 Korean Basketball League season, leading Wonju DB to an 87-82 escape of Jeonju KCC, Saturday at Jeonju Gym.
Alvano, a former player for Alab, dropped 26 points on 10-of-19 shooting from the field with four assists and a steal.
It was a huge win for Promy as they went up to 4-2 in the standings for solo fourth while dropping Egis to 2-4.
Dewan Hernandez complemented Alvano with 17 points and eight boards while Doo Kyungmin added 15 points on three treys.
Heo Ung went toe-to-toe with Alvano, scoring 27 points on nine free throws and four treys.
Ra Gunah also got 21 points and 15 rebounds but the firepower of Promy proved to be too much for them.
Wonju will next face Rhenz Abando and Anyang KGC on Thursday.
