KarlTzy wins MPL PH 12 Season MVP

Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno has added another accolade to his already illustrious MPL Philippines career by being crowned the Season 12 Regular Season MVP, alongside Echo head coach Archie “Tictac” Reyes, who was named Coach of the Season.

Previously, KarlTzy had won the Finals MVP in Season 6 while playing for Bren. During the same season, he also secured the MVP award at the M2 World Championship, marking the Philippines’ first world title.

KarlTzy has also earned the title of best jungler for two consecutive seasons, starting from Season 11.

Smart Omega’s Ron Matthew “Matt” Papag received the Rookie of the Season award. Caster Dan “Leo” Cubangay was recognized as the Best English Talent, while Mara Aquino was honored as the Best Filipino Talent.

Matt displayed a level of maturity beyond his years, aiding Omega in climbing the ranks with three consecutive wins before facing a defeat in their final regular season match against Onic Philippines.

TNC Pro Team also joined this season’s list of awardees, winning the Best Roster Reveal Execution, with jungler King Cyric “K1NGKONG” Perez taking home the Freshest Face award.
