With a whopping 7.433, Jeordan Dominguez claimed the title of first-ever Southeast Asia Games champion in freestyle poomsae men’s individual event, Saturday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Showing great skills in both the technical side and acrobatics, the 27-year-old World Champion bested four other competitors.

Nguyen Ngoc Minh Hy finished a a distant second at 6.999 for the silver. Rounding up the podium are bronze medalists Wawan Saputra of Indonesia and Naing Phone Thet of Myanmar with 6.633 and 6.500, respectively.
