Tantoy Ferrer powered RK Hoops–Quezon City 10ACT to an 82–74 victory over Pasig, snapping a three-game skid in the 2026 Women’s Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League on Saturday at the Alonte Sports Arena.
Ferrer delivered 34 points, 17 rebounds, and three assists to lead the Quezon City-based squad as they fended off the Queenpin to improve to a 2–4 record and move into solo fourth place.
The Gilas 3×3 standout drilled a tough fadeaway jumper over the outstretched arms of LJ Miranda to give RK Hoops–Quezon City 10ACT a 73–70 lead, but Gabi Bade answered with a crucial triple that tied the game at 73 with 1:16 remaining.
Mikee Antonio then took over, scoring five points in an 8–1 finishing run to seal the win.
“My team really worked hard, especially Tantoy (Ferrer). Pero ‘yun talaga nag-work hard sila, nag-sacrifice sila, gumana ‘yung pinractice namin,” said RK Hoops–Quezon City 10ACT head coach Jon Cobarrubias.
Natasha Alcantara added 10 points, two assists, and two rebounds, while Antonio finished with nine points and 20 rebounds in just their second win in the league backed by Aktive.
Meanwhile, Pasig absorbed its fourth consecutive loss to fall to a 1–5 record.
The Queenpin’s defeat spoiled an otherwise stellar outing from Miranda, who delivered her best game of the tournament with 32 points and 12 rebounds.
Bade finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and three steals, while Lee Sario added 16 points, five rebounds, and three assists for Pasig.
