Caelum Harris commits to Nevada

Caelum Harris has made his decision.

The athletic 6-foot-5 Filipino-American winger has committed to University of Nevada, Reno.

The 18-year-old made the announcement on his Instagram account.

Harris, who is currently playing for Phoenix Prep, was a mainstay in Gilas Boys during the last cycle.

In six games played in the FIBA U16 Asian Championship 2022, he averaged 10.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game.

Curiously, Wolf Pack head coach Steve Alford previously handled Kobe Paras as well during the latter’s short stint at UCLA.

Nevada, who competes in the Mountain West Conference, is an esteemed program who has made the NCAA tournament 10 times, last making it this year.
