Bobby Ray Parks to miss Nagoya’s opening weekend slate

Bobby Ray Parks’ B.League debut will have to wait.

The former TNT Tropang Giga guard suffered a muscle strain during Nagoya’s last practice before their season debut on Saturday.

The Diamond Dolphins made the announcement.

“He is traveling with the team this weekend, but he will not be in this weekend’s line-up against Sunrockers Shibuya,” read the team’s statement.

Nagoya takes on Shibuya today and tomorrow at Aoyama Gakuin Memorial Hall.

The team did not announce what Parks’ timetable is.

Nagoya takes on Hiroshima next weekend at Dolphins Arena.
