Blacklist’s Edward, OHEB, MHRLK’s Yue, Jade set for Sibol debut

Blacklist International’s main five spearheaded SIBOL’s seven-man roster for the upcoming 14th IESF World Championships, Monday.

Johnmar “OhMyV33NUS” Villaluna, Danerie “Wise” Del Rosario, and Salic “Hadji” Imam are set for their second tour of duty for the national team while Kiel “OHEB” Soriano and Edward “Edward” Dapadap will make their first appearance for the national team.

Amateurs Kenneth “Yue” Tadeo and Joshua “Jade” Villarde of MHRLK Esports will also make their respective debuts for the national team in the world tilt.

Blacklist International and MHRLK Esports, the top two teams of the qualifiers, respectively, went through a three-day combine where they were assessed by SIBOL officials and head coach Kristoffer “BON CHAN” Ricaplaza.

The said combine drew flak from Blacklist International fans but SIBOL officials said that they just wanted to give everyone a chance in representing the Philippines. Moreover, the national team also said that the combine process will allow them to be more flexible when it comes to the restrictions set by the host country or organization.

The IESF World Championships are slated this November.
