Ibaraki scored its second straight win, zapping Shibuya, 95-91, in the 2021-22 B.League season, Wednesday at Adastria Mito Arena.
With the game knotted at 87-all, Kohei Fukuzawa drained a trey with 1:01 left to give the Robots the edge.
James McAdoo answered right back with a power move inside seconds later but another triple, this time coming from Atsunobu Hirao gave Ibaraki a four-point edge.
Though McAdoo was able to cut the lead down to two with 12 seconds left, Ibaraki was able to waste precious time on the inbound before Fukuzawa sealed the win with two clutch free throws.
Ibaraki went up to 9-28 with the win while Shibuya fell to 21-18.
Despite the Robots only having just 10 men, Javi Gomez de Liano only played six minutes in the game, scoring three points.
Gomez de Liano and Ibaraki will next host Kobe Paras and Niigata this weekend.
