WMPBL: Tantoy Ferrer lifts RK Hoops-QC to breakthrough win over Caloocan

Tantoy Ferrer delivered a dominant performance to power RK Hoops-Quezon City 10ACT to a 68–60 victory over Caloocan in the 2026 Women’s Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League regular season on Wednesday at the Batangas City Sports Coliseum.

Fresh from helping Gilas Pilipinas 3×3 secure a ticket to the FIBA 3×3 World Cup, Ferrer made an immediate impact in her RK Hoops-Quezon City 10ACT debut. She erupted for 24 points and 22 rebounds to finally snap the team’s 10-game losing skid dating back to last season.

Ferrer, who missed the team’s 46–66 season-opening loss to Biñan-Tatak Gel, also added six steals and three blocks in nearly 37 minutes of action.
