PBA commissioner Willie Marcial said that he has already spoken to Terrence Romeo with regards to the scuffle the latter got involved with in a bar in Quezon City, early Thursday morning.
The TNT KaTropa scorer found himself in trouble yet again after a fan — according to a CCTV footage — grabbed him at the neck while reportedly trying to take a photo with him.
According also to the footage posted on Twitter Thursday morning, the 26-year-old Romeo had never been involved in the fistfight that had taken place after his incident with the fan.
No charges were filed against both camps.
Romeo is having a rough time as of late. Just a week ago, he got involved in the now-infamous brawl between Gilas Pilipinas and Australia in the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers.
With yet another test in his way, Marcial reminded the five-year pro to always be cautious wherever he goes.
“Sinabihan ko… Sabi ko ingat ka. Sinabihan ko lang.”
