Vanessa De Jesus came off the bench once more, sparking the Blue Devils with an output of five assists, four points, four rebounds, and three steals.
It was a tough road win for Duke, who fell behind 45-44 midway through the final frame.
Duke would answer back with a 6-0 rally before clamping Miami to close out the game.
Miela Goodchild led the way for Duke with 17 points and seven rebounds to power Duke to a 12-4 overall record, 3-3 in conference play.
Shayeann Day-Wilson added 11 points and seven rebounds as the Blue Devils snapped their two-game skid.
Maeva Djaldi-Tabdi got 19 points and five rebounds while Kelsey Marshall added 15 points for Miami, who fell to 9-6 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
Duke hosts Virginia next on Monday (Manila time).
