Petron Tri-activ versatile hitter Ces Molina was chosen as the sixth recipient of a golden ticket for the PSL-select team for the 2016 FIVB Women’s Club World Championships.

The Tarlac-native played for the San Beda Lady Red Spikers during her collegiate days. She won the best blocker award during the 87th and 88th season of the NCAA while helping lead the Mendiola-based squad to the Final Four.

Before joining the PSL, Molina was seriously considering leaving the country and working in London with her mom. The selection validates Molina’s brave choice to pursue a volleyball career.

“Sobrang worth it ng pag-stay ko,” she said.

“Nakaka-humble kasi ang mga kasama ko dito ay mga very experienced na like Ate Rachel (Daquis) and Ate Jov (Gonzaga). Sobrang laking blessing nito.”

Last season, she was named as second best opposite hitter during the PSL Grand Prix.
