Tina Salak steps down as FEU head coach

Published

The Tina Salak-era in Far Eastern University lasted for just one season.

The all-time Lady Tamaraws great stepped down from her post as she is set to migrate to the US.

The school made the announcement on Friday.

“She will remain with the team as consultant while she plans her move to the US,” read the statement.

Salak, 46, succeeded George Pascua as head coach of the Lady Tamaraws.

In her one-year stay, she steered FEU to a 6-8 finish — a drastic five win improvement from UAAP Season 84.UAAP-85-WVB-FEU-vs.-ADU-1573 Tina Salak steps down as FEU head coach FEU News UAAP Volleyball - philippine sports news
