Thirdy Ravena returns to B.League, signs with Toyama

After two years, Thirdy Ravena is returning to Japan.

The 6-foot-2 winger has signed with Toyama Grouses for the 2026-27 B.League season.

The Grouses announced the signing on Friday.

“Hello boosters, I’m Thirdy Ravena, and I’m excited to come back to Japan and play my best for the Grouses this season,” Ravena said.

His opportunities with Dubai were limited, as the team featured a roster loaded with former NBA players.

The best stretch of his professional career came with the San-En NeoPhoenix, where he spent the first four seasons after graduating from Ateneo.

Ravena enjoyed his finest campaign during the 2023-24 season, averaging 12.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.0 steals per game.

Toyama, meanwhile, finished 24th out of 26 teams in the B.League last season with an 18-42 record.
