SOURCES: Wolf to make head coaching debut in MPL PH Season 14

Long-time shoutcaster Caisam “Wolf” Nopueto will finally make the jump from the desk to the main stage.

According to sources from Tiebreaker Times, the veteran analyst has already signed on to be the next head coach of an undisclosed MPL PH team for the 14th season of the MPL Philippines, which is set to open next month.

Considered one of the pioneers of analytic shoutcasting in the country, Wolf is poised to become the first shoutcaster to assume a head coaching position in the MPL PH.

Wolf’s surprising move has been in the works for months, according to another source.

He previously served as an analyst with Fnatic ONIC PH from Seasons 6 to 8 but left the position after league regulations prohibited shoutcasters from taking active coaching roles with MPL PH teams.

Wolf also has coaching experience with Dota 2 teams Quid Pro Quo and Playbook Esports in the past.
