RSG PH welcomes Aqua back

RSG Philippines is set to infuse championship pedigree into their team, as they welcome back four members from their MSC 2022 championship-winning roster for the upcoming MPL Philippines Season 12 campaign. Their aim is to secure a spot in their inaugural World Championship appearance in December.

Dylan “Light” Catipon will once again lead the Raiders, alongside mainstays Eman “EMANN” Sanco and Nathaniel “Nathzz” Estrologo.

They will be reuniting with Arvie “Aqua” Calderon, who is making his return to the pro scene after sitting out Season 11.

John “Irrad” Tuazon will now assume the role of the team’s primary jungler, following a remarkable performance during last season’s playoffs that earned him the title of the next Kairi “Kairi” Rauosdelsol of MPL PH.

Patrick “rTzy,” a stalwart from the MLBB Development League (MDL), will serve as the team’s substitute player, alongside rookie Kennt “Souuul” Baesa.

Brian “Panda” Lim will continue to steer the Raiders for the fifth consecutive season, with the support of John “Coach Theo” Eusebio on the coaching staff.

After making his comeback in the 2023 Snapdragon Pro Series, Jonard “Demonkite” Caranto will be competing for RSG Malaysia, while Dexter “Exort” Martinez has transferred to RED Esports. Both players will participate as imports in MPL Malaysia Season 12.

John Paul “H2wo” will be taking a break for the upcoming season but will remain with RSG Philippines, contributing as a member of the team’s talent pool.

RSG has secured consecutive 3rd-place finishes over the past two seasons, following their victories in MPL PH Season 9 and MSC 2022 Championship in mid-2022.
