RRQ Hoshi bids Arcadia farewell

Indonesia-based team RRQ Hoshi has announced the departure of their Filipino coach, Michael “Arcadia” Bocado, through a farewell video posted on the team’s YouTube channel and Instagram account.

Arcadia had stayed with the MPL Indonesia powerhouse for two seasons, serving multiple roles.

He helped the team finish as the runner-up in Season 10, behind Onic Esports, and secured a third-place finish in the M3 World Championship, where he took on a more active role.

Prior to the playoffs, RRQ had initially announced in March that the Filipino coach would take a leave of absence.

However, the team went on to conclude MPL ID with their worst finish since Season 8, finishing fourth in Season 11.

Arcadia was best remembered for piloting Sunsparks to the MPL Philippines Season 5 title.

His last appearance in the MPL PH was in Season 9, where he coached Echo and finished 5th-6th after getting eliminated by eventual runner-up Smart Omega.
