Royse Tubino feels responsibility to step up for Kat Tolentino

Royse Tubino delivered her best performance in a Choco Mucho uniform on Saturday night, aiding the Flying Titans in moving closer to the semifinals of the 2024 Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference.

Tubino amassed 17 points, comprising 15 successful attacks and two blocks, driving Choco Mucho to a commanding 25-17, 25-15, 25-15 victory over the Athletics.

This win propelled them to an 8-1 record in the standings, placing them one victory away from securing a spot in the semifinals.

The Army veteran expressed gratitude to her teammates and coaches for their trust in her. She also stated her desire to reciprocate their support by giving her best effort every time she’s called upon.

Tolentino has missed the team’s past four games due to an auditory condition, providing Tubino with the opportunity to shine and showcase her skills.
