Brandon Rosser will finally have the chance to show what teams missed out on as he headlines Limitless in the PBA 3×3 that opens next week.
The former San Miguel Alab Pilipinas standout in the ABL threw his name in the last Rookie Draft, only to be declared ineligible at the end as he and a number of aspirants failed to beat the deadline for submission of the needed papers.
He now leads the Appmasters in the inaugurals, where he will team up with Phoenix Super LPG mainstays Jorey Napoles and Mike Gamboa. They join the youthful tandem of Reymar Caduyac and Ralph Tansingco.
Napoles was part of the Fuel Masters unit that played in the last Philippine Cup in Bacolor. However, he only saw action for two games.
Caduyac and Tansingco, both mentees of Phoenix head coach Topex Robinson in Lyceum, were the ball club’s picks in the last two drafts.
A sizable floor general, Caduyac was the 34th overall pick in last March’s draft proceedings. Tansingco, meanwhile, was the 28th pick in 2019.
Tansingco will bring his experience to the much-awaited league that raises its curtains on November 20 at the Ynares Sports Arena.
The stretch forward represented Bocaue in the Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3×3 Invitational Tournament just last October 20 in San Fernando, Pampanga.
