Philippine Olympic Committee president Bambol Tolentino and the rest of the elected officials of the agency took their oath last Monday at the Malacañang Golf Clubhouse in Manila.
President Rodrigo Duterte administered the oath of office of the newly-elected officials.
Joining Tolentino were immediate past president Ricky Vargas, first vice-president Al Panlilio, treasurer Cynthia Carrion, auditor Chito Loyzaga, and board members Dr. George Canlas and Dave Carter.
Last November 27, Tolentino was able to gain a fresh four-year term as the head of the POC after beating Clint Aranas, 30-22.
On the other hand, Panlilio defeated Popoy Juico, 30-23, Loyzaga bested Monico Puentevella, 27-24, and Carrion ousted Julian Camacho, 27-22.
Not in attendance were second vice president Richard Gomez, board members Pearl Managuelod and Charlie Ho, and chairman Steve Hontiveros.
The officials officially begin their four-year term on January 1, 2021.
