With the recent conclusion of the collegiate volleyball tournaments, fans of the sport are in for another treat as the Philippine SuperLiga (PSL) kicks off its season with the All-Filipino Cup. Now on its third year, the league is out to prove that basketball isn’t the only sport in the Philippines.
Boasting six teams comprised of numerous former UAAP and NCAA superstars, the league promises to be a competitive and exciting affair. Since the Philippine Army Lady Troopers will no longer be participating, it looks like this year’s All-Filipino Cup trophy is up for grabs.
