Panda set to unleash Wrecker soon

RSG PH shocked the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang professional scene when they acquired former Rules of Survival player and now popular streamer Elyson “Wrecker” Caranza for the MPL Season Eight.

One question floated after the announcement. How will Wrecker fare against the best of the best in the Philippines?

Two weeks into the MPL season and we might get the answer sooner than expected as RSG PH coach Brian “Panda” Lim revealed that he will be fielding in the 25-year-old in the upcoming games.

“Wrecker’s gonna play soon, he’s actually starting to practice 12 hours a day,” quipped the former Philippine national team head coach.

“Sana it’s going to be Wrecker versus Dogie pero of course he has to be ready and the team has to be ready also,” he continued.

“For now, we’re just focusing on building the team together because the chemistry and communication is not a hundred percent complete pa.”

Aside from Wrecker, Panda also said that expect veterans Kenneth “Kenji” Villa and Dexter “Exort” Martinez to make an appearance in the coming weeks as well as rookie Eman “Emann” Sangco.

“We will promise that we will give you guys a better team. Of course, Exort will play, Kenji will play, Emann will play and Wrecker will play,” said the 28-year-old Korean coach.

“There’s no main five dito sa RSG.”

Coming off a tough 2-0 beating against Omega Esports, RSG PH picked up its second win of the season after a reverse 2-1 sweep against ECHO on Saturday evening.

RSG will take on Nexplay EVOS next on Friday at 6:00 PM.
