Nick Demusis throws name to 2021 PBA Draft


Nick Demusis is ready to go to the big league.

The 29-year-old Fil-Hawaiian swingman submitted his PBA Draft application form to the league’s office in Libis, Friday.

Demusis, who stands at 6-foot-4, played with MPBL club Bacoor Strikers during the 2019-20 Chooks-to-Go Lakan Season.

In 19 games played, Demusis averaged 8.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game.

Demusis previously played for Kabayan Pilipinas in the Thailand league.

He got his first break with NCAA Division III school Whittier, playing there from 2013-15. He posted career numbers of 17.6 points, 5.48 rebounds, 1.64 assists, and 1.24 steals in 50 games played.

Demusis has already obtained his Department of Justice recognition and the Bureau of Immigration affirmation papers.
