Kai Sotto and Adelaide struggled against Perth, falling 97-112, in the 2022-23 NBL-Australia season, Saturday at RAC Arena.
Sotto only played 10 minutes in the contest despite another start, finishing with just four points on 2-of-6 shooting with two rebounds and two blocks.
The 36ers could not recover from an early 32-17 deficit, falling behind by as much as 32 points in the contest.
This is Perth’s third win over Adelaide this season, falling 94-89 on November 5 and 98-90 on December 9. Adelaide won once last November 24, 96-82.
Adelaide fell to 11-12 in the standings — eighth in the league. Meanwhile, Perth went up to 12-10 for solo fifth.
Brady Manek and Bryce Cotton both dropped 23 points apiece to lead the Wildcats with the former also grabbing 10 boards. Corey Webster and Tashawn Thomas both added 17 points each.
Robert Franks led the way for Adelaide with 25 points, five rebounds, and three assists while Antonius Cleveland added points, six rebounds, and four assists while
Mitch Mccarron chipped in 14 points while Ian Clark and Daniel Johnson got 10 points each.
The 36ers will try to stop this skid on Thursday against Brisbane.
