Kai Sotto’s season finale was a good one.
Sotto and Adelaide finished their season on a high note, defeating New Zealand, 93-63 in the on2021-22 National Basketball League season at MyState Bank Arena, Sunday afternoon.
The 19-year old rookie was seen on both ends of the floor, finishing with 12 points, seven rebounds, and four blocks.
With the game close the entire first half, the 36ers started to pull away in the third canto after limiting the Breakers to just eight points the entire quarter.
Adelaide did not look back in the final frame as they closed out their season with a 33-point victory.
The 36ers finished their season with a 10-18 win-loss record, while the Breakers are at the dead last with 5-23.
Now, the world awaits whether the 7-foot-3 Filipino will stay with Adelaide for one more season or enter the NBA draft.
