After just one year, Myla Pablo is coming back home to Petro Gazz.
Pablo’s decision to come back to the Angels came after F2 Logistics disbanded the Cargo Movers to end the 2023 season of the PVL.
Of course, Petro Gazz gladly accepted their ‘prodigal daughter’ back.
“Home is where the heart is.
“Bagyong Pablo is coming back to the place of some of her best moments as a volleyball player!” read the Angels’ statement.
From 2021-22, Petro Gazz had been the home of Pablo.
It was with the Angels that the two-time PVL Most Valuable Player tasted a championship again during the 2022 Reinforced Conference.
The title was Pablo’s first since the Pocari Sweat dynasty.
Her short stint with F2 Logistics was marred by injuries, however.
This time around, the 30-year-old spiker will look to fill the shoes left by Grethcel Soltones, who signed with Akari.
Other key pickups of the Angels this off-season were Mich Morente, Joy Dacoron, and Ethan Arce.
