Migs Oczon leaves NU

National University lost one of its snipers.

Incoming sophomore Miguel Oczon will not return to National University.

Multiple sources closely monitoring the situation have confirmed the development to Tiebreaker Times.

According to one of Tiebreaker Times’ sources who requested anonymity, the 20-year-old, who is a product of the Bullpups program, left the school last month.

It added that “Oczon’s heart was no longer with NU.”

Oczon, a 6-foot guard, was one of the key pick-ups of NU two seasons ago.

NU granted him to sit out his first year as he focused on his duties with Gilas Youth.UAAP82-MBB-1ST-PHOTO-NU-MIGZ-OCZON Migs Oczon leaves NU Basketball News NU UAAP - philippine sports news

Oczon is looking to jump to an NCAA school.

His backcourtmate John Galinato almost left NU as well but decided not to, according to another team insider.
