The PBA approved the deal on Thursday.

Blackwater shipped the former FEU star to the Bolts back in February of 2021. However, he saw his minutes dip beginning the 2021-22 Governors’ Cup.

Now he has a new lease on life with RoS, which is now in the early stage of its rebuilding phase under returning mentor Yeng Guiao.
Torres, meanwhile, will now be playing for his fifth team in the league after spending the last five years with the Elasto Painters.

The 33-year-old big man is set to join a Bolts squad that recently named Luigi Trillo as its new head coach, with Norman Black as consultant.
