In her first 5-on-5 game since tearing her ACL in Serbia, Jack Animam put up decent numbers.
Animam tallied four points, four rebounds, an assist, a steal, and a block in Toulouse’s 44-80 loss to Basket Landes in the 2022-23 LFB Women season, Sunday at Espace F. Mitterand.
It was still a solid debut for the National University product as she played 16 minutes in the contest.
However, Toulouse could not the firepower of Basket Landes, trailing 43-26 at the half and an overwhelming 66-32 at the end of the third.
Toulouse fell to 2-12 in the standings for 11th place in the 12-team league while Basket Landes rose to 5-7 for seventh.
Regan Magarity led the demolition with 22 points and seven rebounds while Marie Paget got 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists.
Marine Fauthoux, Laura Gil Collado, and Kendra Chery all chipped in 10 apiece as well.
Isabelle Strunc was the sole double-digit scorer for Toulouse with 11 points to go along with seven boards.
The league will have a long break before Toulouse takes on Landernau on February 19.
