The Valientes zoomed to a 13-point advantage at halftime and never looked back, 48-35.
Playing assistant coach Rendell Dela Rea started the third period with a booming trey, hoping it would be the start of the Archangels’ comeback.
But instead, it lit a spark for MisOr as it went on a huge 31-20 third frame to establish a 24-point spread heading into fourth, 79-55.
The Valientes did not relax one bit in the payoff period, unloading another huge blast to lead by as much as 42, 104-62.
“I am happy kasi ‘yung recovery namin after our two-game losing streak, we learned talaga,” said MisOr head coach Vis Valencia.
The Valientes joined Roxas at the top with identical 5-3 win-loss cards, while Iligan remained at the bottom at 2-6.
Joel Lee Yu spearheaded the thrashing with 27 points on a 12-of-17 clip to go with four assists.
Reil Cervantes was a marksman, going 6-of-10 from deep to end with 18 points, while Dahrrel Caranguian got 13 points founded on three treys.
Jayson Ballesteros also grabbed a double-double for the Valientes with 10 points and 12 assists to go with one block.
MisOr moved the ball well, leading to 31 assists while the young Archangels squad only managed 14.
Jack Hoyohoy tallied 13 points and 12 rebounds in the losing cause while Lugie Cuyos and Arche Salo had 11 points apiece.
MisOr will cap its four games in four days stretch tomorrow against Basilan at 6:30 pm. Iligan plays on Saturday against Pagadian.
