Lebron Lopez joins Kai Sotto in EWP


Another Blue Eaglet is set to take his talents to the States.

East West Private announced in a teaser that Ateneo High’s Lebron Lopez has signed with the agency, Saturday morning (Manila time).

Lopez, who is 16 years old, will be training with EWP in hopes of making it to the G League.

In his first year with Ateneo after transferring from La Salle Green Hills, the 6-foot-4 Lopez posted norms of 16.0 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game.

It is still unknown whether he will return to Ateneo High.

For the past few weeks, EWP has signed the likes of Sage Tolentino, Cholo Anonuevo, and Jayden Harper.

Sotto, on the other hand, is headed to the G League.
